THIS WEBSITE
This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (such as your internet address) to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details. When you press Buy you leave this site and go to Lemon Squeezy's checkout.
WHEN YOU BUY
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes your order, payment and tax. They collect your name, email, billing details and payment details under their own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, country and order details so we can deliver your licence key and give support. We never see your full card number.
THE PLUGIN
When you activate A1VP, it sends your licence key and a product identifier to Lemon Squeezy's licence server, and repeats that check about every 14 days to confirm the key has not been refunded. No audio, project files or other personal information are sent. A one-way hash of a computer identifier is stored in a file on your own computer.
SUPPORT EMAIL
If you email us we keep the messages so we can help you. We do not sell or rent your information, and we only email you about updates if you opted in. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@formworksdesigns.com. Records of sales may need to be kept for tax purposes.
